I’m now listening to Skipalong by Lenka (press the 2nd PLAY button below). I wanted to create something abstract but didn’t quite know how to start.  So I got my secret brush and dipped it into my secret palette of favorite colors… shades of green (to yellow) and a very flashy purple. Period!

What I like most about Lenka is her brilliant mix of music and art. Her album cover and all the illustrations associated to her are eye-candy material.  It’s some sort of naïve-art, vintage craft style -thanks to her creative partner James Gulliver Hancock!  I think of evolving into this kind of genre, soon. It’s inspirational.  Oh Oh.

I’ve been using various headers for the past 2 months because I just can’t get enough of creating just one. Almost every week, I’m aching to make a new design.
